BRICKLANE delivers worldwide from Vigevano, Italy by either GLS, DHL or FedEx courier services. BRICKLANE does not currently deliver to P.O. Boxes.
BRICKLANE has limited stock and therefore offers the possibility to pre-order. Please note that this service is subject to availability and, when available, it will be clearly indicated in the Size section of each article.
Shipping date is estimated within 2-3 business days from receiving payment. In case of pre-orders, the article will be shipped within 15 days from receiving payment.
Once an item or size is Sold Out, it will be clearly listed as Sold Out.
The shoe factory will be closed during the month of August so orders placed after the 10th of August will be delivered within the first half of September.
If you need an Express Delivery, please contact us at customarecare@bricklane.com before placing the order. An extra shipping fee might be added.
It is our priority to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your new pair of hand-made Italian shoes, so if you have any queries or doubts, please feel free to contact us at customarecare@bricklane.com.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund. Please note that you need to contact us at returns@bricklane.com before sending back any item(s). Failure to do so will result in the item(s) not being processed for Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.
Any complaint or communication regarding Size Exchange, Faulty item(s) or Returns, needs to be sent within 5 days from the reception of the order. Please include Order Number, Item Code(s) and clearly state the reason for the return (Size Exchange, Store Credit or Refund). Please send any Returns using the same courier service that was used for the delivery of the order.
Returns for size exchange or store credit are FREE.
RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way;
- Returned item(s) must be in their original condition, packaged in an orderly fashion, and include all their original tags, extra laces, studs, dust bags, etc. Item(s) must also be returned in their original boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way, and cannot be used as the external parcel for the shipment;
- In case of Faulty item(s) or incorrect merchandise, Customers must follow the instructions listed above. Bricklane.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing any return and full reimbursement of shipping and import fees;
- All authorised Returns are subject to re-entry inspection at the sole discretion of bricklane.com. Based on the condition of the item(s) and/or the non-compliance with our Return Policy, a restocking fee may be applied;
- Bricklane.com reserves the right to refuse any Returns that have not been previously authorised and/or not sent by using the same courier of the original shipment as specified in the Returns instructions;
- Pick-ups of all authorised Returns using BRICKLANE’s courier account number must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
SIZE EXCHANGE:
- Items can be exchanged only for a different size. Exchange for a different item code is currently unavailable;
- The fitting of our shoes is based on standard European sizes and has been tested through the years, but small issues can be normal. Please note that since all our footwear is made of high quality Italian leather, your shoes will simply adapt to your feet after few times of wear;
- Our Free Return policy is limited to one exchange.
STORE CREDIT:
- Store Credit can only be used once and within 1 year from its date of issue;
- It is not cumulative with other store credits;
- It must be used in its entirety on an order that is either the same amount or higher than the value of the store credit;
- If not used within 1 year will result in a partial refund.
Returns for Refund do not include free shipping, unless the item is Faulty. Shipment plus any eventual import fees will otherwise be entirely at the Customer’s expense.
Returns must be received within 7 days from receiving authorisation from us to return the item(s).
